All sales final. No refunds.

Exchanges due to damaged or lost shipments are available for up to 14 days after purchase. In order to exchange you must furnish receipt or proof of purchase. We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange due to damage, you may email us at punkiesfavorite@gmail.com. Punkie’s Favorite has the right to refuse exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product may vary.
